FAQs

1. Why should I pursue the CPA program?

With just 4 exams over 16 months, the US CPA program opens up some amazing career opportunities. You could land a job at top accounting firms in the US with starting salaries of $60,000+ (INR 50 lakhs+), or join the Big 4 and top MNCs in India, where the average salary is 10 lakhs. It’s a solid step toward a rewarding career—quickly and globally.

2. Why should I consider CPA over CA?

If you're thinking global, CPA is your ticket to international opportunities. While CA is highly respected in India, CPA gives you recognition that crosses borders, especially in the US With the US in need of accountants, the demand for CPAs is at an all-time high, making it a great pathway to land jobs at top US accounting firms.
If your career vision goes beyond India, CPA is definitely worth considering.

3. Why does CPA have only 4 exam parts?

The CPA's 4-exam structure is designed to complement your university education, focusing on the skills that really matter for accounting professionals. It’s streamlined so you can take it alongside a full-time job, making it easier to advance your career without taking too much time off. Unlike other qualifications, which can be longer because they substitute university education, the CPA is more focused and efficient.

Here are the core sections:
1. Financial Accounting and Reporting (FAR)
2. Auditing and Attestation (AUD)
3. Taxation and Regulation (REG)

1. Business Analysis and Reporting (BAR)
2. Information Systems and Controls (ISC)
